On Oct. 20, Villages Honor Flight, a nonprofit organization that sends veterans on flights to Washington D.C, will be holding Honor Flight Mission 50.
Rob Hempel, president of Villages Honor Flight; Peter Tetrault, vice president of Villages Honor Flight; Liza Walters, vice president of operations; Gay Harris, mission executive officer; and Louise Fahey, pre-flight coordinator, all help veterans in getting scheduled for the flights and recruiting. Currently, the organization is looking for volunteers to be guardians for the veterans during the flight.
