On July 3, “Patriotic Spectacular” presented by Bands of The Villages will be shown at the Savannah Regional Recreation Complex at 3 and 7 p.m.
Members of three separate concert bands combine to perform a variety of patriotic music along with wonderful popular and folk songs that reflect the heartbeat of our nation in this annual celebration. Music from World War II, Dixieland, Shenandoah, John Philip Sousa and a special presentation of Battle Hymn of the Republic will be heard. A tribute to our armed forces will also be given during the show.
Some proceeds will be donated to Ukraine relief efforts and some to Fisher House of Tampa.
