On Nov. 18, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center will be opening its doors to the public from 4-7 p.m. Dr. Ana Sapijaszko will be showing people around the facility and giving them a chance to test out their equipment.
FYZICAL offers neurological and orthopedic therapeutic services, but they also offer therapy in balance, which is Dr. Sapijaszko’s real passion.
“I want to help people to give the best quality of life,” Dr. Sapijaszko stated.
They test new patients’ balance by their vision, inner ear and sensation of their feet. They also treat patients one-on-one, so they can focus their time and attention on one patient at a time.
“Some facilities I have been in or worked in have (therapists and physical therapy assistants) assists more than one patient at a time. We don’t do that here,” Dr. Sapijaszko explained.
FYZICAL’s normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 3990 SR 44 Suite 201. Dr. Sapijaszko hopes to open another facility in the Villages in the future. They accept Medicare, Medicaid, direct pay and most major insurance plans.
