Cirque Mechanics presents the Bird House Factory at The Sharon on Feb. 16 at 7 p.m.
Enter the most unlikely setting for a circus, a factory. One where the workers are acrobats and the machines are props. Some of the performers include a contortionist, a trapeze artist and trampoline wall artists.
Birdhouse Factory was partially inspired by the industry murals of artist Diego Rivera, the illustrations of cartoonist Rube Goldberg and the slap-stick humor of Charlie Chaplin’s film Mordern Time.
Tickets start at $45 per person and can be purchased at thevillagesentertainment.com.
