District Property Management and their professional engineer consultants have performed a final inspection of the sites and are recommending the installation of new and improved under drain systems for the Callahan and Belle Glade Villas in the Village of Osceola Hills.
District Property Management is waiting to receive the official proposal with total costs. The proposal will be presented to the District 10 boards for approval.
Once approved, the project will go out to bid. The winning bidder will also require approval by the boards. After that process is completed, construction will be scheduled.
