All individuals and teams who wish to participate must submit application forms and fees by Monday, March 31 by 4 p.m. All completed forms must be turned in at your service plus location: Ezell, Fenney, La Hacienda, or SeaBreeze or submit by mail to the Senior Games Headquarters at La Hacienda Recreation at1200 Avenida Central, The Villages, FL 32159. The games will take place from April 19 through April 23.
