Veterans Day service at Veterans Memorial Park of The Villages
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the annual service dedicated to those who served. Attendees should bring a chair and plan to arrive early since the event tends to be crowded.

Parady’s Tribute to Veterans – Honor Flight Event
Join Parady at Brownwood Paddock Square in honoring veterans. The event will include live entertainment from Scooter the DJ, performances from The Villages Twirlers & Drum Corps, and The Villages Cheerleaders. There will also be market and food vendors, a 50/50 chance drawing to benefit Honor Flight, as well as a collection of Model As, Model Ts, Village Nomads, and cars from The Villages Automobile Club. This is a free event to attend.

A Salute to Veterans and Veterans Day
The New Horizons Band will perform “A Salute to Veterans and Veterans Day” on Monday, Nov. 18 at the Savannah Center. The event will feature Col. (Ret) Thomas Rotondi, formerly the director of the U.S. Army Washington Band and Master Sergeant (Ret) Leigh Ann Hinton, formerly the vocal soloist with the U.S. Army Washington Band.
Attendees will hear a collection of patriotic songs, a salute to The Hellcats – a bugle band at West Point featuring Chuck Mander, a trumpet soloist – and a special arrangement on Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased through The Villages Entertainment.
